Negotiations and Conflict Management

Catalog description

This course is designed to assist students in developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to resolve conflict in the workplace. This is an applied knowledge course in which participants learn basic and advanced techniques of negotiations and conflict management. Active learning activities such as role play and mock negotiations are used.
