Develop skills for making clinical decisions using critical thinking in the context of nursing. Covers current, reliable sources of pathophysiology information, and the selecting and interpreting of focused nursing assessments based on knowledge of pathophysiological processes. Develops strategies for teaching individuals from diverse populations and communicating with other health professionals regarding pathophysiological processes. The third course in the three course Pathophysiological Processes for Nursing series. Prerequisite: NRS 235. Corequisite: NRS 112, NRS 239.
