Covers open- loop and closed-loop control of electromechanical systems using proportional, integral, and derivative control modes, pulse width modulation, absolute and relative (incremental) encoding, transfer functions, proportional valves, hysteresis, servo and stepper motors, and sensors using the PLC. Prerequisite: EET 252. Audit available.
