Catalog description

Develops the knowledge and skills necessary for creating inclusive environments and curricular activities. Provides training in the use of observation and assessment to scaffold young children’s understanding of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. Emphasizes using a variety of tools and methods to support, document, and extend children’s learning. Prerequisite: IRW 115 or WR 115 or equivalent placement. Audit available.
