Catalog description

Explores interactions, challenges, and opportunities in organizations by examining individual and small group behavioral theories, motivational theories and strategies, and life-work balance considerations. Includes a review of issues and challenges of interfacing technology with employees. Explores various leadership styles, different methods for dealing with change and conflict resolution in the workplace. Prerequisites: IRW 115 or WR 115 or equivalent placement; placement into MTH 65 or MTH 98. Recommended prerequisite/concurrent: WR 121 or WR 121Z and BA 101. Audit available.
