Catalog description
What does it mean to live well, know the truth, or be free? We'll explore ethics, knowledge, politics, and the mind while practicing the core skills of philosophy: spirited debate, logical argument, and self-reflection. By the end of the course, you will engage philosophy's central ideas while developing skills of analysis, argument, and reflection for life and the wider world.
