This practicum offers students a hands-on, immersive learning experience to create, produce and distribute original multimedia content focused on the Chicago region's diverse communities, culture and current events. Students will collaborate to produce a variety of storytelling projects for an existing or newly designed media outlet while gaining an understanding of the local media market, audience behavior and platform strategies.
