Catalog description

Course examines problems, obstacles, and reconstruction principles inherent in adapting a literary work for the screen. Students learn the process of obtaining a literary property or other form of IP and how to adapt that for the big or small screen. Students will choose a property, explore obtaining the rights, and develop a proposal.
