Catalog description

This course is an introduction to writing about film and television. Students will learn how to write about film and television using different established approaches, including formal, ideological, and historical analysis. Screenings may change at the instructor's discretion, but the assignments, which include brief writings, essays, and peer reviews, will remain the same for each section.
