In this course, students explore in depth the equipment, techniques and aesthetic decisions employed in complex live and installed sound applications. The course covers topics such as consoles, amplifiers, speakers, mix theory, outboard processing, electrical systems, sound system design and installation, and job site specific tasks and functions. The course is geared towards the student looking to enter live and installed sound professionally.
