Strategic Supply Chain Management is a culminating course that integrates and applies the concepts, theories, and practices learned in earlier courses related to supply chain management. This capstone course provides an opportunity for students to develop a comprehensive understanding of strategic supply chain management and to apply this knowledge to real-world case studies. Students will analyze case studies that showcase best practices and effective strategies in supply chain management. The case studies will focus on a range of industries and sectors. Students will work in teams to analyze the cases and develop recommendations for improving supply chain performance and resilience.
