Project Human Resource Management
Columbia College · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
Projects, by their nature, are organized and staffed differently than operational departments. They often use resources from both inside and outside of the organization, on a temporary basis, and with the project manager lacking full administrative control over those resources. This course will analyze the challenges of setting up temporary project organizations, addressing staffing constraints, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
