This course provides a comprehensive foundation in case management theory and practice for human services professionals. Students will explore evidence-based models, develop essential skills in assessment, service planning, coordination, and advocacy, while learning to work effectively with diverse populations. Content includes trauma-informed approaches, cultural competency, interdisciplinary collaboration, ethical decision-making, and psychotropic medication considerations.
