Community Health Worker Practicum

Catalog description

This course is a practicum course designed to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the Community Health Worker I and II courses. Students will be engaged in the community in a variety of clinical settings such as the public health department, client homes, and health care facilities to name a few. Students will establish proficiency in the Community Health Worker Core Competencies throughout this practicum experience.
