Advanced Global Studies Internship 1-3 hours

Catalog description

Students complete 45 hours of experiential work for each semester hour. Students typically work in a government agency, in a non-profit agency, or with a company in the United States or abroad in a position related to global issues or that involves significant interaction with people from countries outside the United States. The directing faculty member must approve the internship placement. Grades are assigned as S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory). Students may register for no more than 12 internship credits (399 and 499 combined) during their time at Columbia College.
