Catalog description

A study of methods and materials suitable for general music in grades K-12. This study includes an introduction to early childhood choral literature and musical instruments; major music methods, as well as major educational theorists; and specifically, vocal techniques, choral methods, and materials. This course does not apply toward the Missouri teacher certification program at Columbia College.
