Catalog description

Precalculus is a preparatory course for calculus and covers the following topics: algebraic, exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric, and inverse trigonometric functions, trigonometric equations and trigonometric identities. Prerequisite: Grade of B or higher in MATH 150, or a score of 26 or above on the math portion of the ACT or 610 or above SAT score or a passing score on the Columbia College math placement exam.
