Catalog description

The laboratory component of Physical and Chemical Methods in Forensic Science. A hands-on introduction to the methods used to analyze physical, chemical and trace evidence. Techniques utilized in the collection, preservation and interpretation of impression and physical match evidence will be employed. Chemical and trace evidence, such as hairs, fibers and paint evidence, will be analyzed. Prerequisites: CHEM 312, CHEM 312L, FRSC 210. Corequisite: FRSC 430.
