Catalog description

Examination of the risks faced by managers of financial institutions and the methods and markets through which these risks are managed. Consideration is given to a wide array of financial institutions including commercial banks, credit unions, investment banks, securities firms, insurance companies and investment companies. Cross-listed as ECON 395. Prerequisites: ACCT 281, MATH 150 or MATH 110; ECON 293; ECON 294; FINC 350.
