Catalog description

The study of instructional planning, including goals and objectives, techniques and activities, and evaluation. Students produce and present lessons containing defensible techniques, strategies and methods of evaluation. Includes field experience of 15 hours. This course is part of a program that leads to Missouri certification. Students who do not live in Missouri will be required to sign an attestation that they will complete their field experiences and student teaching in Missouri and will work in Missouri upon graduation. Prerequisites: EDUC 200 and EDUC 230/PSYC 230 or EDUC 560.
