This elective course offers students the chance to apply the full spectrum of Agile project management skills in a real-world setting. Working on either a live project or a detailed simulation, students will manage the project from initiation to close, with an emphasis on Agile practices where applicable. This experience will help students refine their skills in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while also focusing on key project management areas such as stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership. By engaging with real and simulated project challenges, students will be prepared to transition seamlessly into the workforce as competent and confident Agile project managers.
