Catalog description

In this course, evolving leaders will analyze the roles of senior leader in decision making and strategy development. In the context of organizational advancement and leadership, students consider how their decisions and choices apply to the organization. Students also learn to apply practical problem solving and conflict resolution skills through decision-making tools and leadership approaches. In this course learners will consider how decisions are applied in organizational settings. Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills will also be practiced throughout the course.
