Catalog description

In this course, evolving leaders explore the principles of organizational design including structure and purpose. Leaders also discover their personal leadership strengths in relationship to shaping organizations. Evolving leaders will apply these concepts to create their own adaptive organizations that will be a foundation for their entire program. This course must be taken first and by itself in the program.
