Catalog description

In this course, students examine the corporate financial management process considering international variations relevant to conducting business globally. Topics include global financial markets, foreign exchange and derivatives markets, risks associated with foreign investment, and regulatory issues affecting foreign investment. Students cannot earn credit for both the MIM and IBS courses, as they cover similar concepts. MIM courses are placed on teach-out. Taking both courses would result in duplicate credit, which is not allowed.
