Catalog description

Students examine the essential functions of management, including planning, organizing, leading, staffing, and controlling, and how they can be utilized to strengthen management, employee, and organizational performance. MGT300C is offered as a competency-based version which affords students a self-paced through eight weeks to move through the course material and create final deliverables that show competency in the concepts and skills presented.
