Catalog description

Students will gain additional knowledge into the delivery of Long Term Care services. Quality of life and quality care practices will be introduced, as well as safety standards for LTC facilities set forth by regulatory agencies. Risk management processes and procedures are identified, and quality improvement functions will be compared.
