Capstone: Cybersecurity and Compliance

Catalog description

In this capstone course, students will demonstrate mastery of the competencies developed throughout the Master’s in Cybersecurity program. Students will assess cybersecurity posture and develop a comprehensive strategy that addresses enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and digital governance in the AI era. Students will design a security architecture plan, evaluate incident response protocols, and propose governance frameworks aligned with NIST standards. The capstone project will include risk assessment, governance and compliance roadmap, and impact of AI in cybersecurity strategies.
