Catalog description

In HRM510, students will learn how organizational behavior (OB) and organizational development (OD) strategies can be used to improve organizational outcomes and enhance organizational success. In addition to gaining a foundational understanding of the interrelationships that exist among OB, OD, and HR, students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired when making decisions that impact individuals, groups, and organizational processes and functions. Furthermore, students will recognize how they, as HR professionals, can effectively lead strategic change initiatives using various tactics and communication techniques.
