Catalog description

Throughout HRM501, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the foundational and strategic roles of Human Resource Management (HRM) in leading and shaping organizations. This course explores HRM’s fundamental principles and theories, evolving trends, and critical functions. Students will learn how HRM directly impacts organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and the achievement of strategic goals. HRM501 introduces students to the power of HR metrics and analytics, technology, and artificial intelligence. Students will learn how to interpret data-driven insights to identify organizational trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and make strategic people management decisions.
