Throughout HRM500, students will be introduced to the exciting and ever-evolving role of HR professionals. During each module of HRM500, students will be introduced to foundational HRM competencies, responsibilities, and theories. Using case studies and scenarios, students will apply the knowledge acquired during this course to make strategic, organization-specific decisions that can improve a company’s competitive advantage and ensure the success of a diverse workforce.
