Catalog description
Throughout HRM481 students will utilize the knowledge acquired throughout their HRM education when exploring scenarios/situations related to strategic planning, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, total rewards, training and development, and legal and ethical aspects. Students will be required to draw upon theories, research popular and industry-specific practices, and more when making decisions to aid in the advancement of organizations. HRM481 allows students to demonstrate their HR knowledge and analytical, research, and writing abilities.
