In HRM460, students will explore the interconnections between human resources and organizational development. As the role of human resources continues to evolve and intensify, professionals need to recognize how organizational development practices can improve strategic human resource functions and can enhance organizational advancement. Students will explore how factors internal and external to an organization can influence individual, team, and group-level decisions. Using scenarios, students will utilize HR and OD theories and examine metrics to make strategic decisions.
