The purpose of this course is to explore the interrelationship that exists among HR functions, employment regulations, and legal advancements. HR professionals must understand how the law impacts the employee life cycle and everyday workplace practices/ behaviors. Throughout this course, students will encounter various ethical, legal, and moral scenarios and will make suggestions that can enhance the organization’s reputation.
