Creating a Diverse and Ethical Workforce

Catalog description

Students will learn how to effectively, efficiently, ethically, and legally create a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, values belonging, and demonstrates equity. As the modern-day workplace changes, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are critical aspects of understanding. Thus, students will recognize how creating DEIB strategies can aid in recruitment and retention and, too, can contribute to an organization’s short- and long-term success.
