Catalog description

Students will learn how to effectively create and implement unique organization-specific total reward offerings (i.e., compensation and benefits) that aid in recruiting and retaining the workforce of today and the future. Various topics will be explored in HRM350, which includes compensation and benefits, work-life balance/wellness, performance and service recognition, additional perks, and reward structures, as well as career development opportunities. Additionally, students will learn how to customize offerings based on the diverse and unique needs of the organization’s workforce.
