Catalog description

This course builds on concepts covered in FIN 500 and provides a comprehensive array of skills to manage the finance function of a modern organization. It provides the necessary background both to understand and to apply financial-management techniques in order to be successful in positions of business management. Topics include capital structure and dividend theory, valuation models, portfolio theory, advanced cash flow analysis , and weighted and marginal cost of capital within a capital rationing model.
