Catalog description

This course is ideal for construction managers, quality managers, and other professionals involved in construction project management. The course covers the Body of Knowledge (BoK) required for the CCQM exam, including the pre-contract, planning, execution, and closure phases of construction projects. Participants will learn about project delivery methods, contract types, and quality management systems. The course emphasizes strategic quality planning, resource management, and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. This course will develop skills in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), and includes other topics such as risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the application of statistical methods for process improvement.
