Catalog description

Operations management focuses on the strategies and processes involved in providing goods and services to customers. This course will provide students with the ability to evaluate key factors in the design of an effective operations system and to align an operations system with an organization's business strategy. The course provides the tools to effectively design, analyze, and manage operations systems in manufacturing, service, and public entities. Prer., Graduate students only.
