Catalog description
This course provides an in depth study of project portfolio management, focusing on the strategic alignment of projects and programs with organizational goals. Students will gain an understanding of the principles and practices essential for effective portfolio management, including leadership, governance, project life-cycle and resource allocation. The course will provide an international perspective in managing complex projects overseas. Prer., OPTM 3000 or OPTM 3390 or INFS 3100.
