The purpose of this course is to apply leadership principles in the context of healthcare systems, quality and safety competencies, and interdisciplinary communication. Students will articulate how healthcare policy, regulatory standards, and cost effectiveness improves complex systems. Prer., NURS 3040; RN-BSN and RN Dual Enrollment students only. RNB, RNC, RNM.
