This course provides students with critical skills for today’s times of unprecedented change and fierce competition. The course introduces students to the field of Organization Development and Change that prepares leaders and those committed to being change champions with skills in improving the health and performance of individuals, groups, and organizations and in effectively managing change. Prer., MGMT 3300. Junior standing; Business students only.
