Catalog description
This course introduces key sex differences in skeletal muscle, cardiovascular, and respiratory physiology. Students will consider how physiological sex differences may impact exercise prescription as well as rehabilitation/ treatment strategies. Small group discussion and hands-on laboratory demonstrations will accompany lectures. Meets with HPNU 4400.
