Catalog description

Introduces Python programming for GIS. Students learn basic syntax, variables, loops, and functions, then apply these skills through weekly quizzes and hands on labs to automate geoprocessing workflows and build simple tools in ESRI ArcGIS. Prer., GES 3030; GES 3060 recommended. Meets with GES 5130.
