Catalog description
Introduces students to the genres of legal writing. Students will learn about the sources of U.S. law and the basic construction of legal argument; they will then write about the law for a variety of audiences and purposes. Approved for Compass Curriculum requirement: Writing Intensive. Prer., ENGL 1410. Junior Standing.
