Helps students converse, interact, and dress in a professional manner for job interviews, telephone calls, written correspondence, and professional work settings. Course will cover working in a diverse, cross-cultural environment, making effective first impressions, and appropriately communicating in a variety of speaking and writing situations. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only. Prer., Sophomore standing.
