1 Lecture. Moral aspects, legal provisions, safety precautions and restrictions covering the use of firearms, and the firing of sidearms. Students will be able to: describe the history of firearms; describe the culpable mental states involving firearm use; describe the legal justification for the use of firearms; demonstrate the safe use of firearms; demonstrate proficiency in firearm use.
