Emergency Medical Technician

Catalog description

Eight lecture. Emergency Medical Technician course using the 2009 curriculum adapted by the Arizona Department of Health Services. This course will help prepare students for the National Registry of EMTs and certification as an AZ EMT. Students will be able to: follow the outcomes based upon the 2009 Emergency Medical Technician National Standard Curriculum. Prerequisite(s): Please review the CCC website for most current list as these are subject to change at the discretion of Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH). Pre/Corequisite(s): FSC 138 for Fire Science students.
