Catalog description

One lecture. Five lab. Advanced watercolor painting techniques. Students will be able to: demonstrate loose washes and spontaneous brush strokes; show a variety of light effects including reflected light, and reflections; and develop paintings from washes to line work as well as developing control for wet-into-dry areas. Prerequisite(s): ART 194 Grading Option: May be taken for S/U credit.
