2 3 An advanced course in non-structural auto body repair. This course includes disassembly of a vehicle, development of a collision repair plan, and repair. Includes body filler application and sanding, plastic repair, metal repair, and welding. Students will be able to: 1. Demonstrate proficiency in advanced dent repair techniques. 2. Perform structural and cosmetic repairs. 3. Apply advanced painting and refinishing techniques. 4. Utilize electronic diagnostic tools and calibration equipment. 5. Interpret and create detailed repair estimates. 6. Demonstrate an understanding of workplace safety standards. 7. Prepare for and successfully pursue industry certifications. 8.
