Catalog description

This course provides fundamental training in trauma-informed care principles and practices, enabling students to apply this knowledge in various healthcare and social service settings. Topics include foundations of trauma-informed care, principles of trauma- informed care, and addressing barriers to trauma-informed care. Upon completion, students will have a comprehensive understanding of trauma- informed approaches and be able to implement these strategies in their professional practice.
